Freight Terms
All CCS shipments are FOB Origin and become the property of the customer once they leave the CCS warehouse. In the event of shortages or damage to the shipment, the customer should contact the delivering carrier upon receipt of the merchandise to file a claim.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled any time up until the order has shipped.
Back Orders
Should a backorder situation arise, the merchandise will be shipped at the backorder or current price, whichever is lower.

Copper Communication Solutions Limited Warranty Statement
Copper Communication Solutions, as the exclusive manufacturer and distributor of GWC brand products, warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Upon receipt of a defective product from the purchaser (with transportation charges prepaid) during the warranty period, Copper Communication Solutions will, at its option, replace or repair the product at no additional charge. The purchaser is responsible for ensuring the product returned and assumes the risk of loss during shipment.
THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: (1) THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY IF THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN DAMAGED BY NEGLIGENCE, ACCIDENT, MISUSE, ABUSE, OR MISAPPLICATION, HAS BEEN DAMAGED AS A RESULT OF BEING IMPROPERLY CONNECTED TO OTHER EQUIPMENT, HAS BEEN MODIFIED WITHOUT THE EXPRESS, WRITTEN CONSENT OF COPPER COMMUNICATION SOLUTIONS, OR IF THE SERIAL NUMBER HAS BEEN REMOVED OR DEFACED; (2) THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO THE REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR OF THE PRODUCT AND SHALL NOT BE EXTENDED TO DAMAGE OF EQUIPMENT OF OTHER MANUFACTURERS; AND (3) THIS WARRANTY IS NON-TRANSFERRABLE, APPLIES ONLY TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER, AND DOES NOT EXTEND TO SUBSEQUENT OWNERS OF THE PRODUCT.
